There are many details to go over in an offer such as the type of financing and conditions, time frames on contingencies and costs to the seller, just to name a few.
Our team will gather the necessary information in the offers, talk to the buyer’s lender to verify the reliability of their company and confirm the buyer’s ability to get a loan. We will discuss the offer with you so you can decide if it is acceptable. Our firm but friendly way of negotiating helps keep emotions steady while striving to get you the best offer possible!
I just accepted an offer! What is next?
The buyers will most likely schedule a home inspection, lender and title companies are working on all the required details to transfer the property and an appraisal is ordered. The contingencies in the contract are being met according to deadlines. Closing is about a month away!
